About the Client: The Verity Centre are a boutique contact centre and business solutions consultancy with specialists, multi-disciplined talent and professional associates. Their services are  personal & bespoke, and include a wide range of customised, tailor-made services to support your particular market and your specific needs.

Project Background: We were approached by The Verity Centre team as they were in the process of setting up. We worked with them to identify key areas of need, requirements and opportunities to ensure they could set up effiencetly and accomplish what they needed to for their clients.

Requirements: We worked with the Marianne Withers (CEO) to identify services and requirements as they setup, but also planned ahead for their growth. We initially provided the following services:

  • IT Support
  • Microsoft Software Packages
  • Hardware (Laptops, Tablets, Desktop PCs, Headsets)
  • WiFi across whole office
  • Website – Design & Hosting

We worked with The Verity Centre team to plan out a timeline, prioritise the setup of each of these services and ensure that their needs were met. Having access to this range of services from a singular supplier, ensured minimal admin and simplified communication as the projects came together. 

On-going IT Support: We provide ongoing IT Support for all of the team members at The verity Centre. The nature of their work means they work exclusively from their PCs, so quick and easy to access IT Support is vital. As their team grows they add additional subscriptions per-user for access to the service. 

Our IT Support is unique in that it supports the user, not the device. So we also provide tech support for any device they use, from their mobile phone to their home assistant.
