Support on the Spot was established in 1997 as an independent offsite backup provider using portable backup devices. In 1999, we grew to become a small consultancy firm that was contracted to IBM, Microsoft and Novell. Over the next 10 years, we progressed as a consultancy business and opened our first dedicated datacentre to provide cloud services to small recruitment firms in and around the south of England.

Today, Support on the Spot is a trusted provider of cloud and disaster recovery solutions for businesses. We operate out of three UK locations and provide IT support to large and small companies worldwide.

We recognise that every business has individual needs and work to tailor our service to each client’s requirements. Whether you’re looking for all-round IT support, assistance with upgrading your workforce or help to maintain cybersecurity, we can assist with your businesses needs.
